Tay Road Bridge - Celebrating 50 years of connecting people and places. Temporary exhibition in Dundee Library and Tayport Community Centre, August - October 2016
Collaborating once again with curator Catriona Baird, we produced a travelling exhibition to celebrate 50 years of the Tay Road Bridge. We had access to some fantastic archive photography from local newspapers DC Thomson and bridge engineers Fairhurst Consulting.
The exhibition had its first outing at a rather windy celebration day in Slessor Gardens, attended by hundreds of local people from both sides of the Tay, before being installed in the calmer environment of Dundee Library.
Here we also displayed three cases of archive material including the guest book signed by the Queen Mother on Opening Day on the 18th August 1966!
