Bonmotus provides psychological and behavioural skills training to businesses. Their mission is to empower individuals and teams to thrive – personally and professionally – through proven, evidence-based practices delivered with thought and care by experienced mental health professionals.
Bonmotus exists to help businesses build positive organisational culture and help people move forward towards living better lives.



Founder Michael Griffiths, a mental health practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience, approached The Malting House to help establish Bonmotus as a professional, credible and trusted brand. The project needed to convey warmth and approachability, while maintaining authority and professionalism in a competitive marketplace.
Having fully understood Michael’s vision for Bonmotus, the business values, and the key audiences, we developed a brand identity and style guide that reflected his ethos of resilience, growth, and wellbeing.
The visual identity combines a contemporary wordmark with an umbrella to represent the idea of protection and support whilst guiding individuals and teams as they build resilience and move forward. The colour palette was chosen to be calming yet confident, balancing professionalism with approachability.
The website was designed and built to provide clarity of messaging, easy navigation for prospective clients, and SEO-optimised written content to increase online visibility. Carefully selected photographs, infographics and charming illustrations add to an engaging user experience.
Supporting collateral, including business cards and a professionally designed brochure, ensures that the brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints.
Bonmotus launched with a cohesive and professional brand presence, a distinctive logo, a user-friendly website, and high-quality promotional materials.
