What challenges have you overcome today?

This week Wendy donated her time to be a mentor at a Rotary sponsored leadership development camp. Having supported a team of seven sixteen year old girls to climb this cliff at Cummingston, she couldn’t let them down by not doing it herself!
This was a physically and mentally tough challenge for Wendy… (and most of the girls)
But she made it to the top and abseiled back down again 💪🏻
Today, my biggest challenge was staying focused while editing a long research paper for Scopus Journal Services. I had a headache, the internet kept cutting out, and I just couldn’t seem to find the right words. But instead of giving up, I took a short walk, made some tea, and came back with a clearer mind. Slowly, I got through it one section at a time. It reminded me that even small steps count, and some days, just showing up and trying is the biggest win.
Overcoming daily challenges builds strength and stability, no matter how small the task. Whether it’s managing time or staying focused, each step counts. For students, having the best assignment writer can ease academic stress and help them stay on track through tough days.
